Whole leaves.
A golden-amber cup.
A smooth body.
A naturally sweet finish.
Our black tea is aromatic without being overpowering, with gentle fruity and floral notes and a richness that comes from the leaf itself.
It has a naturally distinctive sweetness and a soft, lingering finish that makes the cup easy to return to.
Nothing added. Just good tea.
FROM THE LEAF TO YOUR CUP
Good tea begins with good leaves.
The leaves are carefully selected and harvested by hand, with attention given to what each harvest has to offer. Rather than treating every harvest as something that needs to be made identical, we allow the character of the season to remain part of the tea.
The result is a tea that feels connected to where and when it was grown.
SMALL SEASONAL LOTS
Tea changes with the season.
Weather changes.
Harvests change.
The leaf changes.
So we don’t try to make every batch exactly the same.
We work with what the season gives us, in limited quantities. When one lot is gone, the next begins with a new harvest.
It’s a slower way of doing things.
We think that’s okay.
