More than two decades ago, a mathematics professor in Nagaland made a choice.
He had earned his PhD in mathematics and spent years teaching at a university.
His wife was an English professor.
They had built their lives in academia.
But he felt called towards something different – creating opportunities for children in Nagaland through education.
So he left his academic career and began working towards that vision.
His wife joined him in the journey.
What began as a personal decision slowly grew into something much larger: schools, education and work aimed at creating opportunities for communities in the region.
